God’s Purpose - God takes us “AS IS” and rescues or reclaims us from the evil curse on THIS world.  John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. C. God’s Truth & Purpose - The Gospel is meant for everyone from all nations, but only received by those who repent!  We find our New Life in Christ’s power, as we yield our will, and allow God’s Spirit to change our “Inner-Man” to grow in God’s POWER - not self-efforts, human wisdom, or religious theology. 1 Corinthians 2:4-5 – My speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God. In Christ alone, we find God's gift of reconciliation and eternal life. 1 John 5:11-12 And this is the testimony: God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.  Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
